Tesla (Re)coils.

Nikola Tesla presented 2 thoughts to think over.
Both these might have been there in his mind because of the third where-from these two originated in the first instance. I can say he was either unaware of this fundamental premise or despite his great talent, could not possibly reach the same,
Let me narrate these thoughts / premises as :
1. The Universe is replete with infinite / inexhaustible energy, that is always available at any point in time and space, only if we could somehow discover a way to harness the same.
2.Electric energy / potential could be transmitted from one point to another in a wireless way,...
Though both these premises are alternative ways of saying the same principle in words he just failed to see this fact.
For me, however, I could quite satisfactorily relate them with my understanding of Gita and other Vedika texts. as well as purANa(s) as well.
Gita Chapter 13 deals with 'kShetra-kShetrajna', in the very first shloka.
The terms इदं शरीरं > idaM shareeraM > denotes the 3 forms of the Essential Reality (ब्रह्मन् / brahman) the Cosmic, the celestial and the physical / gross.
There-in lies the Region of 33 'devata' enumerated in veda, who are presiding deities, which govern and rule over their respective regions (loka-s).
These 'deities' though lack a body in the gross-form, as we 'possess',but do have a 'prANika-body' or a body comprising of 'consciousness' / sense of 'self', intelligence and the energy, that enables them to look after / perform their respective functions as 'God-heads'.
There is another clue in Gita Chapter 3, shloka 10 :
--
Chapter 3, śloka 10,
sahayajñāḥ prajāḥ sṛṣṭvā
purovāca prajāpatiḥ |
anena prasaviṣyadhvam-
eṣa vo:'stviṣṭakāmadhuk ||
--
(sahayajñāḥ prajāḥ sṛṣṭvā
purā uvāca prajāpatiḥ |
anena prasaviṣyadhvam
eṣaḥ vaḥ astu iṣṭakāmadhuk |)
--
Meaning :
At the beginning of the Creation (kalpa), The Creator, Lord prajāpati brahmā created sacrifice / yajña, and through sacrifice-s / yajña, the human-beings and all other creatures. Then He told them "By performing this (yajña), may you prosper and multiply, May this (yajña) yield the desired enjoyments you seek."
--
The presence of a presiding deity and propitiating Him / Her amounts to availability of all those 'powers' which make our wishes fulfilled.
--
The 33 'Vedika-deities' are manifest in the form of sounds, character and letters (including numerals) and there are ways discovered by Rishi-s to approach to them.
In their respective regions / 'kShetra' / loka-s, they each are sovereign authorities / 'kShetrajna' and are evoked by the 'mantra' and 'chhanda', by 'yagna' and worship.
--
Tesla's premise is somehow confirmed by the cathode-ray tube experiment, and could be taken as true to some extent. But the basic doubt remains that the electric / energy 'flows' / travels from the point of higher potential to the point of lower potential.
We could perhaps extend this to the levels of 'higher' and 'lower' states of 'consciousness, and can perhaps think of the possibility of transmission of the 'consciousness' / Intelligence in the same way.
