The Pronouns

The Pronouns:
I love J.Krishnamurti.
I love Kurt Gödel.
I love Heisenberg.
J.Krishnamurti challenges the validity of the description of the Self/self.
Kurt Gödel challenges the legitimacy of any such possible description about the Self/self.
Heisenberg helps us in breaking the barriers of ‘Knowledge’.
The Ultimate or the core-truth of all that is which Vedanta calls ‘Brahman’ and in the same breath asserts that this Brahman is no other than Self/self.
Physics utterly fails in this attempt of understanding and conceptualizing this core truth of all that is which is Reality/ Self/self.
Physics is stuck in finding out the nature of Time, Space, Matter and Energy, and can’t cross the Heisenberg Principle.
Mathematics indirectly gives a hint. The Modern and the Abstract Mathematics.
Mathematics of Veda has a quite different approach that could possibly fit into descriptive Mathematics of the day.
But that too has limitations and tell about all that is which is Reality/ Self/self.
That too, on the periphery only.
In terms of the three (or precisely 4) pronouns.
Namely: The First person -I/We, The second person -You, The third person -It/This/These, That/Those/He/She.
While Vedanta asserts that an understanding of any of the 3 pronouns leads to the door of all that which is, none contradicts the rest.
Psychology is way behind Physics and can never transcend the mind by whatever effort is made on its part, just because Psychology begins with the dichotomy of ‘the known’ and the one ‘who knows’. This division itself is the very foundation and the obstacle for reaching at the Truth.
--
Heisenberg Principle of uncertainty and Kurt Gödel’s ‘Incompleteness-Theorem’ however lay a foundation that is in a way parallel to the approach of Vedanta.
The Heisenberg Principle lets us see how Time and Space (and Matter and energy also) could be viewed as an alternative to ‘The Direct/Immediate perception’ / अपरोक्षानुभूति / aparokṣānubhūti of This Core-Truth of all that which is.
Here we also find the concurrency of J.Krishnamurti’s approach when he proposes: The consciousness that experiences is no other than what it experiences.
He praises himself to the extent of saying that he has not come across such a proposition in any of the old scriptures. May be he knows better what he means by this. Long before Sri Ramana Maharshi has stated the same truth in His Classic work Forty Verses on Reality.
I dare disagreeing with J.Krishnamurti, though I don’t doubt He is a Realized-one. And I admire His frank declaration that He is not a ‘Guru’.
Of Course He is strictly following the way of Vedanta that insists that the knowledge of Brahman could be given only by a competent Master and only to a deserving aspirant.
This makes out the status and position of J.Krishnamurti unique and quite extra-ordinary too. Though He is a competent ‘Master’ in the Vedanta-parlance, He tries to escape from the traditional clause. There are valid reasons for doing this for him, but many a qualified aspirants have been misguided in this way.
Heisenberg Principle when seen with the Principles of Quantum Mechanics give a clue how अपरोक्षानुभूति / aparokṣānubhūti’ could take place in an instant irrespective of Time-Space obstacle.

The English Translation done with the help of Google Translate.
The metaphysical notion of "real presence" and the injunctions of wisdom to "let go", to live "the present moment", in clear awareness, in fullness, seem completely insane to people insensitive to the teachings and non-materialistic practices , non-dualistic.
However, the intuitions, discoveries and non-dualistic 'scientific' experiences of quantum physics are reconcilable with the intuitions, experiences and 'non-scientific' discoveries of metaphysics.
The conscientious investigators as well as the unbounded skeptics will find confirmation of this by paying close attention to recent discoveries and experiments on what physicists improperly call "quantum teleportation", that is, in short: transmission and inviolability - immediate, instantaneous - information structuring a 'reality' regardless of space and time.
Conscious of the excessive conciseness of what I have just stated, as well as the subtlety and complexity of a science such as quantum physics, of which I am not a specialist, I only tackle this subject. However, the few additional indications that will follow will make it a little clearer.
To try to understand how 'entanglement' works some scientists have resorted to a metaphor like this:

Take two boxes of a 'Lego' type construction set each containing a set of bricks (metaphorically representing a set of subatomic particles.) Suppose these boxes are thousands of kilometers apart. With the 'bricks' of the first box we built a house. The 'bricks' of the second box are spread out in disorder on a table. The quantum 'teleportation' consists in transmitting to the disordered bricks the structuring, constructive information corresponding to the constructed house which is in the first box.
But, from the quantum point of view, the process of transmission (or transmutation or teleportation) plays a surprising role?
From the point of view of advanced physics, "entanglement" is one of the most singular functions of quantum physics.
Thanks to 'entanglement', the transmission of information is immediate and instantaneous (independent of space (place, distance) and time (moment, duration).
The house, built with the bricks of the first box and which was considered by our limiting perception as existing 'here and now' but separated from the second box, is present 'here and now' when we observe the bricks of the second box (regardless of the distance and location set according to our dualistic perception).
What is present 'where' were the messy bricks is 'the built house' - not a similar house but the identical house; not a clone but exactly the same house, built with exactly the same bricks.

It is the non-metaphorical experience - verifiable by experience - that has been carried out recently by top scientists.

Conclusion, in quantum physics as in metaphysics, the consciousness or experience of the 'real presence' is liberated from the dependence on 'materialistic' - dualistic - conceptions or experiences relating to space and time.
We are thus able to establish a point (or bridge) of junction and agreement between quantum physics (considered a priori as scientific) and metaphysics (considered a priori as unscientific).

Essence of Space.

Essence of Space
--
Part-2 of Aspects and anomalous character of Time.
--
Physics of Space:
Space is another aspect of Time, for the movement of a physical object defines the Space traversed by the object in terms of velocity and distance.
This space is measurable though could not be felt, detected as a physical entity.
The movement of an object in space generates its own Time-velocity-frame, independently of any such objects, but in comparison only to the Time-velocity-frame of those other objects. There is no another such standard Time-velocity-frame which could be taken as the absolute-scale over which this comparison could rest. In other words all such Time-velocity-frames are but relative only.
Space in density, is chemically inert physical matter least dense than all other substances. On one hand this matter is so subtle-most that permeates all other substances which move in it.

Space again could be viewed as of having two forms:
1. Matter: As the energy that is light or corpuscles that need a medium to travel into. The energy is either matter in the form of corpuscles / atoms / molecules / basic fundamental particles, or matter in the form of waves. A wave can’t be able to travel in vacuum. Just as a floating body moves upon the surface of a liquid, the wave-form of matter or energy needs a surface to float upon. If there is no such surface, medium, then the wave-form tends to cease. This implies the Space where the energy travels is kind of a liquid.
2. Over-space. We can extend this even more and conclude by including the concept of a vacuum where-in lies this Space, and in this Space (ether) lies all the known forms of matter and energy.
This vacuum, -in terms of ‘knowledge’ / ‘thought’ / ‘concept’ is though totally unknown and no instrument could ever sense or detect its existence, we should take it either as if of having a hypothetical existence only, or assume that there is another ‘Space’ further and beyond this material-Space. This another Space is where-in lies the material-Space.
Chemistry of Space:
Once we accept the above argument, we could easily conceive of Space as a substance, though material kind or non-material-kind. The principles of Particle-Chemistry could be applicable to such a material-Space.
Mathematics of Space:
So there is a material-Space and another non-material-Space.
The material-Space is matter in essence while the non-material-Space is (so far as we have seen hereto) a kind of vacuum.
In Mathematics of Veda, we see that ‘0’ and ‘1’ are significant in two ways.
‘0’ and ‘1’ are conceptual entities that facilitate thinking in a mathematical way. Thus, 0 and 1 are basically mathematical notions only, way of expression.
Veda speaks of the Reality as of having both these forms, namely, ‘0’ and ‘1’.
The material-Space that is contained in the Over-Space is ‘1’ (along with any of the multiple multiples) while ‘0’ denotes either altogether the absence of an object or as a number facilitates the basic mathematical operations of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
Veda attracts our attention to the fact that the Realty is neither ‘0’ nor ‘1’ or ‘many’, yet all.
(देवी अथर्वशीर्षम् -2 / devī atharvaśīrṣam -2.)
This puts to rest the dispute ‘God is one or different than 1?’.
Description is not the described.
(Remember J.Krishnamurti?)
‘0’ and ‘1’ is the description while the Reality is what is the described.
Philosophy of Space: Thought, either in the wave-form, –as the Physicists would agree or in the verbal / word-form could always be sensed and detected by means some delicate sophisticated instrument, -how-so-ever simple or refined.
This implies ‘Thought’ is a physical entity. In other words, -a material entity only.
On the other hand, we need to see and remember the role of ‘thought’ in terms of ‘description’. Again, ‘Description is not the described’ could be of help.
Thought is thus a kind of movement either as matter or wave, and by manipulation of thoughts (That is what Philosophy as ‘thought’ is all about), thought should not let us conclude ‘what is Space?’
Psychology of Space:
The sentient beings are endowed with this faculty of ‘mind’ which, at the level of an individual takes the form of ‘psyche’.
This ‘psyche’ is essentially ‘me’ and conversely ‘me’ is this very thing which is called ‘psyche’. Any of the duos just can’t survive in isolation.
Nevertheless, the ‘me’ is the description that keeps changing the objects. Sometimes ‘me’ describes the physical body of an individual, and his / her thought, feelings, emotions, idiosyncrasies, and a hundred things associated with his / her psyche or person.
As the ‘description is not the described’ and is always and invariably in the thought-form only, is really unable to point out the described.
(Remember Kurt Gödel?)
Reality of Space:
Space has always a beginning and an end. The Space that has no beginning has no end. For the simple and physical fact that whatever begins ends in Space, how-so-ever short or long.
  अक्षरात् सञ्जायते कालः कालात् व्यापकः उच्यते
....(शिव-अथर्व-शीर्षम्)
(akṣarāt sañjāyate kālaḥ kālāt vyāpakaḥ ucyate)
...(śiva-atharva-śīrṣam)
Here,  कालः / kālaḥ means Time, while व्यापकः / vyāpakaḥ means Space.
Says this text (part of ऋग्वेद / ṛgveda), which maintains that Time (and Space) as such is generated from and by the indestructible, imperishable principle, the essence that accompanied by Time and Space, manifests, stays and dissolves.
‘In a cycle’ or ‘again and again’, ‘repeatedly’ just don’t apply on this activity of manifestation, sustenance and dissolution.
For the individual as psyche is but an infinitely small a part of the whole, it too becomes manifest, appearing as existing as distinct from the Whole or getting dissolved (with its individual Time / Space) into the essence, the Whole, which is unknowable in terms of thought and concept.
