Victory is always vicious!
--
For Victory is the result of war, war is the result of defense or offence. Defense or offence is the result of violence. Violence is the result of fear or anger. Fear or anger is the result of despair or hope. Despair or hope is the result of imagination. Imagination is the result of accepting and assuming the unreal as real. Realizing this fact and denying reality to unreal is the only freedom.
Still, when war is imposed upon us, we will follow our subtle-most tendencies, and need not think of the result, -victory or defeat whatever we are rewarded with. Therefore it doesn't matter what we do. What really matters is the attitude with which we do whatever is done by us
--
If we say we shall do this or that, which is according to our subtle tendencies.
Our senses (organs of action) follow the mind (tendencies) and we can't force upon them our wishes.
--
If we say we don't have faith in Gita or Srikrishna, that too is because of our inherent tendencies (nature).
Forced by nature every-one even a jnAnI also does the things which are destined to be done by him. :
