Science, Mathematics and The Immutable.

What is? How, Why and (if) When?
--
Vedanta interprets and explains The Truth / The Reality in terms of "What Is."
Science and Mathematics does the same in terms of Mathematics and Science.
"What Is" whether regarded as the subjective truth or the objective, is no doubt immutable.
Where stands the Sanskrit?
Not as a language of communication, but like Mathematics and Science as a medium of communication ?
The link given above may perhaps seem to answer the question.
The basic flaw in the approach is that Sanskrit; in the first place is not "Created'', but is Immutable like "What Is." and unlike Science and Mathematics. Science and Mathematics are always subject to mutation and transformation of the kind.
Living at this place the sounds of Veda often fall on my ears, though unheard by me or given attention. The teacher giving lessons to the students.
While (I was trying to understand How) Veda and Vedanta try to find out and describe the Reality in terms of "What Is", Sanskrit is the Consciousness / चेतना , that plays the role of the Interface, and enables Science (Conscience) and Mathematics so as to express the same ["What Is."] in our human language of Communication.
As Veda and Vedanta deal with the Reality Immutable ["What Is".], Sanskrit is an intermediary between the Science (Conscience) and Mathematics.
Though the Grammar (व्याकरण) of Sanskrit was "digitized" by the ancient-most ऋषि / Sages who had a direct insight into the Truth / (ऋत्) of  all things, -The Reality Supreme abiding ever.
During the years 2008 on-wards, I learned reciting श्री देवी अथर्वशीर्षम् , which comprises of some stanzas from the Rig-Veda.
The text describes How the devata / देवता approached देवी and asked to Her :
"Who / What Is She?"
And She replied :
"अहं ब्रह्माब्रह्मणी वेदितव्ये। ... अहं शून्याशून्ये"
For the sake of the dialogue, -The story assumes a 'past', though what we think 'the past' is, but the realm that comes to mind when we try to understand in terms of Science.
Science tries to seek in terms of "Why"and there-by its investigation and inquiry moves in the direction where 'the past' and 'the time' are at once assumed to exist as if Real.
This Whole 'the past' and 'the subsequent 'future' are enclosed in the bubble of imagination and is always going instant mutations of the kind.
"Conscience" / संशन्स - संशयति from Sanskrit describes the state which is latent as well as potential and that which is yet to manifest.
By inference, we can see how Sanskrit deals with the learning of "What Is".
The word Science is but cognate of शंस, while the word Conscience is that of संशन्स .
This again opens up scope for further investigation, as  (अनु वस् - अनु वसति गति).
"देवी" tells the seeker of Truth that She is Verily "Brahman" and that too which is (supposed to be) other than "Brahman"
"अहं ब्रह्माब्रह्मणी वेदितव्ये"
Loosely translated, this means :
"I AM all "What Is". and  I AM (also) all that is not "What Is".
Incidentally, and Interestingly She tells them :
"I am "Brahman" as well as a-Brahman."

This could be thought of as a direct reference to Abraham.

"Skanda-PuraNa" and other related Sanskrit texts narrate the incidence of the Sun (as a Celestial Entity) and His wife संज्ञा / sanjnA and describe in a poetical way How being unable to the heat of Him, decided to go away from Him and 'created' Her own shadow (छाया) and told Her to pretending like संज्ञा / sanjnA, look after Him.
The story (You could find in my earlier posts in this blog) narrates how from Sun The River Tapi, The planet Saturn and the सावर्णि मनु (foremost of the humans).
There is enough reason to think that Emmanuel is but cognate सज्ञात  of  मनु इम / मनु इमान्।
As is the evolution of the Arabic (Language) could be seen, and the Abraham tradition born and prospered, All these Sanskrit words found their place in that language, though due to conventions of R to L, the affixes (प्रत्यय) , prefixes (उपसर्ग) and the in-fixes (सामासिक अनुबन्ध) got jumbled up in this new language regime.
आदम / Adam / आत्म , अंगिरा-शैक्षं / Anglo-Saxon, अब्रह्म / Abraham / इब्राहिम are similar developments.
I have also wrote about Zero (0) and how the Mathematics of measurements developed from where the Sage कपिल / Kapila propounded His Principle of Sankhya / सांख्य, which is the foundation and the back-bone of Shrimadbhagvadgita / श्रीमद्भगवद्गीता।
