We find, the above word is perhaps used last time in the Rigveda Madala 10, 110/03.

त्वं देवानामसि यह्व होता ...

The last mention of यह्व / YHVH /yod-he-vau-he is used as an address to Lord Indra, though Rigveda Mandala 1.164.46 clearly explains all these devatA are different names and forms of the same Lord (Ishvara)
इन्द्रं मित्रं वरुणमग्नि माहुरथो दिव्यः स सुपर्णो गरुत्मान् ।
एकं सद्विप्रा बहुधा वदन्त्यग्निं यमं मातरिश्वानमाहुः ॥

Accordingly the above mantra in veda categorically defines 'Who' is 'यह्वः (पुं.)' / YHVH / yod-he-vau-he / יהוה,
I strongly feel this the conclusive evidence that puts to rest all further doubt and discussion, / speculation about 'God'.
त्वं देवानामसि यह्व होता ...
twaM devAnAM asi hotA ...
in Sanskrit clearly means that 'यह्वः' is either the priest to 'devatA-s' or the one who Himself performed vedika sacrifice especially in Agni / Fire for them.

There are at least more than 30 places in entire Rigveda, where 'यह्वः' finds a mention.

And the first time we find यह्वीः / 'yahwI:' in Rigveda is here -
