The consciousness of the Material-world is senses.
The consciousness of the Senses is the Mind.
The consciousness of the mind is the Intellect.
The consciousness of the Intellect is the Intelligence.
Intelligence is its own consciousness.
In Intelligence, distinction between the Knower and the Known ceases to exist.
In a way, the Identity remains but the identification is no more.
Life is this One Whole where all distinctions cease.
A distinction could be any one of the following :
Limited within itself / oneself (स्वगत),
Example : the different body-parts of the same body are of different kinds.
Limited within one's own class / category (स्वजातीय),
Example : Man and woman,
And :
Differentiated in terms of different classes category (विजातीय).
Example : man and animals, birds and fish, trees and plants.
ब्रह्मन् / Brahman, Self (Atman)
Are the one Whole Reality beyond all the above mentioned types of distinctions.
Therefore the Supreme Reality (Brahman) and the Self (Atman) are one and same Unique Principle.
