ऋग्वेद मंडलं 2, सूक्तं 24 मंत्र 8, 9

From the very beginning when I was in school-years, I had a deep fascination / inclination for reading संस्कृत / saṃskṛta texts. And I never bothered about grammar.
And I always felt संस्कृत / saṃskṛta is my mother-tongue.
I always believed अष्टाध्यायी / aṣṭādhyāyī of पाणिनि / pāṇini was वेद / veda but I also thought it a
वेदाङ्ग / vedāṅga, secondary to वेदत्रयी / vedatrayī.
And I tried to compose poetry in संस्कृत / saṃskṛta which followed no व्याकरणम् / vyākaraṇam
 / छन्दशास्त्र / chandaśāstra.
And I never worried.
I had and still have a firm conviction, whatever I wrote / composed was o.k. even if not in strict compliance with the rules of  व्याकरणम् / vyākaraṇam
 / छन्दशास्त्र / chandaśāstra.
--
Then I came across these 2 references which seem to speak of भारद्वाजः / bhāradvājaḥ .
पाणिनि / pāṇini also asserts that भारद्वाजः / bhāradvājaḥ was prior to Him (earlier to पाणिनि / pāṇini).
And when I saw my name विनयः / vinayaḥ and भारद्वाजः / bhāradvājaḥ authenticated in
ऋग्वेद / ṛgveda and अष्टाध्यायी 7/2/63 aṣṭādhyāyī 7/2/63, I was just humbled.
And I felt I do have great blessings of
महर्षि / maharṣi पाणिनि / pāṇini
and
महर्षि / maharṣi भारद्वाजः / bhāradvājaḥ

Though I have a different, other interpretation of
अष्टाध्यायी 7/2/63
aṣṭādhyāyī 7/2/63
ऋतो भारद्वाजस्य ॥
ṛto bhāradvājasya ||

I rather, hold onto the direct meaning of the (सूत्र) /aphorism .
ऋतः भारद्वाजस्य / ṛtaḥ bhāradvājasya
