Spoke in the Wheel.

To one, To all!

-----------©----------

Hindu Religion is, fundamentally very different from the 3 Abrahamic Religions in that, there are many a versions of Hindu religion, most of them mingle up easily into one another, and none of them is strictly against the rest. Conspicuously, and in contrast, the 3 Abrahamic Religions differ greatly with one another in their faiths, tenets, philosophies, beliefs, doctrines and traditions at the very core, and in comparison so therefore, Hindu Religion is always very different from them. Again, Hindu Religion is, very  accommodating for all those who follow and practice the same. May be, they follow various different lifestyles and have diverse philosophical approach towards the Religion, still any of them could easily merge into another according to the bent and inclination of the mind of the individual.

But the trouble starts, when any of those sects insists that it's the only truth and the only way to God-Realization, liberation, the afterlife, or what  one would like to call it.

Sanatana Dharma as such, has always  been inclusive (समावेशी) in that, it lets everyone to follow his own  स्वधर्म, -way of attainment of the Supreme Truth, God or Reality. And not only to follow,  but also to discover in one's own way, what is स्वधर्म,  the Ultimate Truth, God or even No God, Reality, whatsoever...

In other words, what we call 'the spiritual'.

This has nothing to do with the concept of monotheism or polytheism .

Sanatana Dharma,  Maintains that the God or the Core-Reality of Existence (Divine) could never be classified in terms of One or many.

This is how the concepts of politheism, mono-theism and atheism have come into being.

So a man initiated in (for example : the Arya Samaj, or the ISKCON) is always in trouble and puts others in difficulty as well, when comes across the one who has been initiated into, and follows some another sect.

This is the very cause why the communication becomes just impossible.

There may be big differences in terms of the philosophical interpretations of the scriptures, but that never implies that the Core-Reality as is pointed out in the scriptures differs in any way.

But the various versions of these sects within the framework of Hindu Religion do have clash and conflict of interests, which leads to confrontation between the many such organizations.

So when it comes to dialogue, there is always kind of haughtiness, stubbornness, obstinacy and one, because of his conditioning forces his opinion upon the other.

Though both may adore the scripture (say Gita,  -for example) they have their own understanding of the same and their interpretations differ so much that there is no real conversation, let the dialogue aside.

Because I have myself come across such a predicament, I am trying to convey this here.
