This Strange World Of Cn T And Cv T.

I guess some might have felt / observed that when a certain idea comes in your mind, in a few seconds or maybe minutes after, you find something about the same on your computer / mobile screen.
Is this just a sheer coincidence only or there's something else far more deeper behind this happening?
This is how I'm trying to nickname the two; namely The Cn T and The Cv T.
By Cn T I mean -
Communication Technology
And by Cv T I mean -
Communicative Technology
It's yet to be ascertained or found out if the idea in your mind gets transmitted to the www (world-wide-web) or the www induces generates and induces the idea in your mind.
Maybe the Cosmic Mind be behind this whole / this single phenomenon.
This may be thought of similar to such incidences when one and the same idea in Science or Mathematics is supposed / claimed to have been discovered by one or the two, and having simultaneously proposed it.
The examples are like :
Who discovered Radio transmission and Receiver? Marconi or J. C. Basu (I don't remember the exact name of the Indian Scientist / Physicist) ?
Who Discovered / Defined Calculus? Newton Or Leibneitz?
Is Cn T a one way process only or is a two way process like the Cv T?
If I could further guess, I may see how this might be behind the way, the ancient ऋषि /Rshi / Sages might have formulated this Cosmic Phenomenon as गणेश बृहस्पति
As is described in the ऋग्वेद / Rgveda, मण्डल २ / MaNDala 2 :
ॐ गणानां त्वा गणपतिं हवामहे...
This बृहस्पति / bRhaspati Principle, that is equivalent to
गणपति / विनयः भारद्वाजः in the mantra, referred to here that just now came to my mind and I think it is quite evident and befitting at the very moment, also with reference to the idea / concept of - Cn T and Cv T.
